Final Deadline fee is $20 US non-refundable. Entries must be postmarked no later than July 29, 2003.

Entries submitted from outside the United States MUST PAY BY CREDIT CARD through PayPal.com (email address required). There is an additional $1.00 processing fee for credit card payments. All credit card payments will receive an email confirmation.
